Walked around the UWS.  I had a gluten-free apple spice muffin, the size of a regular (smallish) cupcake, but in hindsight, I can't remember if it had dairy, and I suspect there was something else in it that's causing my system to slow to a crawl, which means my weight is going to stagnate again!  I have to be more careful.  Fortunately I have a week before I have to have my official weigh-in for my first DietBet. The Pure bar has only 7 ingredients, but it still has a higher amount of carbs than I'm used to, so that'll be reflected on the scale too. :(
