See? I knew those extra carbs would show up on the scale. And after I ate the wings, I realized the salt is going to punish me on the scale tomorrow too. So more days of crummy numbers. I may have to start measuring myself so I can see there is improvement, if the scale is being contrary. Right now I have to lose 2.75lb by next Tuesday!
