Argh!  Now I have to lose 4lb by next Tuesday!  Yes, it could be mostly water and intestinal matter, but it's stressing me out!  I don't like to lose money, and as for the second DietBet, I now have two weeks to lose 7.25lb.  I just have to stay focused, and hope this will all even out in the next few days, if I eat super clean.  I am also considering moving to omelets, so the salt/whatever from the pork links don't cause problems, and maybe lose a few of those extra calories.
