It's still inching down. The omelet is tasty, but I'm hungry before lunch. The fat in the links is probably keeping me satisfied longer. I may move to bacon next week. I have to reach 143lb by Tuesday! It's not looking good, since it's also raining the next few days, and I won't be able to get my walks in.
