Will switching to omelets for breakfast hasten my weight loss?

Okay, so the scale is moving down.  I'm going to make omelets at home -- saves money, and calories.  I ate a second serving of goat yogurt, but at 120cals, that's still 200 total calories less for the day without the pork links/patties, and a lot less sodium.  We shall see tomorrow...
