I love Dukan! Yes, I was feeling a little dehydrated today, so I am drinking plenty of ice water. I will stick with a PP (pure protein) day until dinner.
I weighed in at 143lb today (my goal weight), and was verified a winner, so after everyone else has weighed in, I'll see how much money I get. The minimum is the amount of the bet (in this case $25), so at least I don't lose my money.
