147.5lb, gained .5Huh? My measurements are no bigger. Muscle? Water retention? Internal gunk?

Considering I had to stare at my kids eating Apfelstrudel and Sachertorte mit schlag (with whipped cream), I think the almonds (coated with cocoa, not dipped in chocolate) and bratwurst weren't too bad.
Your menu always looks so yummy!! And I'm sure it's just a bit of water retention! Now I want Beet Salad!! Two protein days for me though!
