P90X Day 44-46: Plyo, Back & Biceps, Not Yoga

I'm getting stronger, I'm able to get through Plyo with very few pauses now.  Today I did all of ARX (yay!  first time so far), and Back & Biceps.  Upped my chair-assisted pullups.  Since I'm alone with the dog, doing 2 routines is troublesome, so no evening workout.  I had a shopping-related long walk, so some cardio...  B&B was over by 2:15, so tomorrow's L&B will be 29-30 hours later.
