Day 52 (April 22, 2011)
Weight: 144lb, gained .5lbI woke up feeling terrible, I realized I was extremely dehydrated, so I had to drink about a liter of water, which of course meant that the scale wasn't kind. I didn't keep up with my liquids yesterday, and the asparagus also is diuretic, I believe, so... Inches at bust were the same as yesterday, so that's a good sign. I wasn't able to drink my protein breakfast before the 30min mark, I was trying to sleep a little more, but failed.
1.25 scoops e.w. protein powder

Butternut squash

Broccoli & carrots
Chicken w/yogurt curry sauce
Cheese
Sweet potato
