Protein for breakfast
I just started to read Tim Ferriss' 4-Hour Body. I'm still going to stick with Dukan, which in the Cruise phase is very similar, but evidently having 30g of protein within 30min of waking can really burn off the fat. I decided to mix up my egg-white protein powder 1.5 scoops with the glass of water I usually drink after I wake up around 7AM. Then I just finished my usual morning scrambled eggs at 10:15. TOO MUCH! I feel like I am going to explode! I think I'm going to have the drink, and skip the morning eggs for the next week, and see what happens.
