Weight: 143.25lb, lost .75lbSee, that extra .5 went away! So now I've officially lost 1 stone, and almost 15lb.
1.25 scoop e.w. protein powder (btw, that's 30g of protein)
Almonds
Broccoli & carrots
Yogurt
Sweet potato chips (sinful!), and I ate A LOT OF THEM
Hamburger, bunless, w/salt
Did you go out for dinner? Sounds yummy.
