Just curious - do you ever track your calories? I always wonder if I'm eating too much in general (I know with Dukan you can eat what you want - but I sorta disagree with that). And I'm not talking about how much I was eating last week!! I know I was being naughty then!!!
ReplyDeleteNo, I just don't have the time. If I start plateauing, I can usually figure out the problem (salt, sugar, too many nuts). I find that most calculators don't have a lot of my foods, and it's a pain to enter all the info. I have a general sense of the calories I am consuming. Anyway, right now I'm getting a good amount of exercise, so it's not been much of a problem.
