Yes, the BBQ sauce was verboten, but it's better than all kinds of other things I could think of.
Day 40 (April 10, 2011)
Weight 145lb, lost .5lbFinally at 145! I'm not going to claim I've reached that goal until I've reached 144 and stayed below 145 for sure. This is soooo exciting!

Artichoke w/mayo (I only eat the regular kind because I can recognize the ingredients)
