Weight: 144lb, gained .25lb
I felt like a balloon, so this "gain" is mostly air. We'll see what it says tomorrow.

Sweet potato -- made me sleepy at work

3 carrots -- better than candy...
Pasta sauce w/ground beef -- one of the ones I still had with added sugar. Won't get anymore after it's gone
Now for the bad news -- scarfed up lots of sweet potato chips -- the bag was open on the couch (thanks to my younger DD), and brainlessly ate a lot of them. I'm worried about tomorrow's weigh-in...
