Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 12 Tuesday

Day 83
Weight: 139.25lb (63.3kg, 9.93st)
Loss: 1.25lb
Total lost: 8.25lb (3.75kg, 0.59st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 18.75lb (8.52kg, 1.34st)
Milestone: new low for this year, finally!

Water intake: 68oz (2l) & 13oz lemonade & 2.5 mugs of herbal tea

Got rid of that extra water, phew!  I hit a new low for this year.  Last year's low was 138.25.  How much of that was dehydration, hard to say now.

Colonix & Paranil
1.25 e.w. protein powder
Steak w/salsa
Goat yogurt
Almonds
More almonds
Hamburger w/bbq sauce (bunless of course)
Butternut squash
