Total lost since 3/2011: 20.50lb (9.30kg, 1.46st)

Water intake: 70oz & 78oz lemonade (148oz =  4.37l)

I am still shrinking! I actually measure myself almost every day, so I'm very aware of any changes. Some of my bras are getting big -- I have to wear them on the middle hook now, and the cups actually fit better now (they were a little small but wearable).  I tried on my summer pants again, and the smallest ones now fit.  They're a little tight, but not for long, I'm sure!  My morning tea means my plumbing has cleared, so tomorrow's weight should be good!  I walked 30min after work, then I did P90X's Chest & Back yesterday.  I did some of ARX the morning before, but I didn't do the main workout until yesterday.  I did do an additional 20 crunches before C&B.

After the wine tasting, I walked to work.  I'm working today 5-12midnight, I get overtime.  Today is  PV day, so I brought my dinner.
