!$#$#%*!#&#!!!!! I did eat a lot last night, and that bbq sauce had sugar/sodium. Unfortunately I also had those frozen chicken breast tenders at lunch which according to the package, do have added sodium. They're not cooked, they're raw, but they still have added salt! You can't win. I know that the real number is lower, I'll just have to let it go for now. The average is messed up as well, with all those 136+ sodium-affected days. The measurements are looking good though, and the smaller clothes are fitting, so I know that I am losing fat.

5 pieces of chocolate w/mint filling (since I already had dairy, and I've been waiting to have these when I do)
Goat yogurt
