Well, I do bloat 3lb after wheat. I won't know what the damage is until Tues/Wed/Thurs. I wore a skirt that I wore a few weeks ago, that even though I'm puffier still fits (OK, it's a little uncomfortable, but no one would know that from looking at me). This means that I've achieved one of my goals, not related to the number on the scale, which is that even when I'm more bloated, I'm still about the size I was pre-pudge.
