Weight: 138.00lb (62.73kg, 9.86st)
Gain: .75lb
Total lost: 9.50lb (4.32kg, 0.68st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 20lb (9.09kg, 1.43st)


Water intake: 100oz & 30 oz lemonade ( 130oz = 3.84l)

Huh, back to only 20lb lost.  That's salt in the meat sauce and the rye yesterday.  Plus I haven't been getting lots of walking in, I've been in too much of a rush to get somewhere.  I'll be walking after work today and tomorrow, so we'll see what the final number will be Saturday morning!

P.S. Forgot to add that I walked 50 blocks dragging my daughter's suitcase to my Mom's after work, so I did get a workout!
