I felt terrible this morning, a robocall woke me up at 1:30AM!!!!  Couldn't get to sleep for hours, had to go to work late so I could get at least a little sleep.  My heart was racing when I first woke up at 1:30, and I was panicking.  I looked it up on the internet, and it's called "Holiday Heart Syndrome". For some people, alcohol can cause mild atrial fibrillation.  It's evidently not terribly bad for you, but it sure is scary!  The only way to avoid it is to not drink, or drink less than the trigger amount.  I guess that means 3 glasses.

When I walked by the second Mister Softee truck, I broke down and had a vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles.  Yes it was tasty, and even better, I didn't let myself binge on anything else!
