One more day of social engagements, and then I am back on my diet again. I got off the subway early and walked 20 blocks to work, but nothing else. Didn't get a lot of sleep either.

Salad w/steak and salsa

Almonds
Salmon
Peas
Boiled potatoes w/margarine
Cheese
Several glasses of red and white wines
