Day 101 (June 10, 2011)
Weight: 140.75, lost .5I was still bloated this morning, but I'm feeling almost normal again this evening. I didn't have a lot of energy, so I walked 75 min (48 blocks) instead of doing Plyo. It was hot and muggy, but I put one foot in front of the other, and made it the whole way.
