Day 110 (June 19, 2011)
Weight: 146lb, gained 4.5lb!!Felt draggy all day thanks to that time of the month (year!) I had a walk, struggled to stick to a PP diet. I also made sure not to have handfuls of nuts, so hopefully I didn't go too high in the calorie department.
1.25 whey protein powder
Colonix
4 mozzarella string cheese part skim
Chicken breast w/yogurt curry sauce
Almonds (10 only!)
Yogurt
3 slices of Braunschweiger
Steak w/paprika yogurt sauce
Hot chocolate w/stevia
I took the garlic & ALA supplements 2x during the day, and will have them and also the policosanol before bed.
