Day 111 (June 20, 2011)
Weight: 144lb, lost 2lbI'm feeling puffy still, so hopefully there's still room to shrink. Got Green Tea Extract on the way to work, so I had that with the ALA and garlic before lunch. On the way home, I was able to pick up a decaf version of the Green Tea Extract, so I had that before dinner.
