P90X Round 2 Day 9: Plyo

I felt really low energy yesterday, so I had a long walk, 48 blocks, 75 minutes.  Today, I decided to try to double up, do Plyo in the morning, and S&A late afternoon/evening.  I started Plyo, and didn't think I could get very far.  I kept going, and managed to finish, but I did take it easy.  Skipped a few exercises, and went slower than usual, but worked up a sweat.  I think my room was a little too humid and warm, and that's really draining for me.
