Day 104 (June 13, 2011)
Weight: 140.5lb, gained .25lbARGH! I did have two hard boiled eggs not long before bed, with salt. Have to try to stay positive. Started to bloat up at work, after carrots & broccoli. I avoided soda, had some simethicone & StomachEase tea, and felt better. I walked about 50 blocks, 60-75 minutes. It was nice and cool, and my legs felt as fresh at the end of the walk as the beginning.

Almonds
Chicken breast parm
Chopped spinach w/a little mayo.
I think I'm going to do a PP day tomorrow to really not have any bloating issues.
