Day 98 (June 7, 2011)
Weight: 139.75, gained .5lbSee, yoyoing. Today was a PP day. I walked 15 to work, another 15min and back at lunch, then 50 blocks after work, I think that took over an hour. No P90X today, I think I did cardio plenty.
This last week has been great for weight loss, I lost a total of 2lb!
