Lost: .50lb

Total lost on challenge: 3.75lb (1.70kg, 0.27st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 15.75lb (7.14kg, 1.13st)


Water intake: 69oz & 30oz lemonade & 20oz diet soda (119oz = 3.52l)

Exercise: walked around for 3 hrs at the festival.

This is actually a PP day except for a few peppers I ate with the hot sausage at the Rhinebeck Sheep & Wool Festival.  It had lots of yummy-looking festival choices that I've not seen before, but I stayed strong!  I was going to have lamb chili, but they were out, so I got the hot sausage, which was probably more Dukan-friendly anyway.
