Dukan Diet Challenge Fall 2012 -- Week 2 Thursday

Day 11
Weight: 141.50b (64.18kg, 10.11st)
Loss: .25lb

Total lost on challenge: 4.5lb (2.04kg, 0.32st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 16.5lb (7.48g, 1.18st)


Water intake: 105oz & 30oz lemonade (135oz = 4.00l)

Exercise: walked 10min, then back at lunch, race-walked 33 blocks (30min)

This is a second PP day. At least the scale is moving a little bit...  I've now lost 2kg in 11 days!  My all-time greatest loss (many years ago) was 10lb in two weeks when I went on the carb-addict's diet.  I was allowed 1 carb/grain per day, and I chose oatmeal.  Now I realize some of that loss was from dropping the wheat.
