Weight: 144.5lb (65.54kg, 10.32st)
Loss: .5lb!  YAY the scale is going down finally!

Total lost: 3.00lb (1.36kg, 0.21st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 13.50lb (6.12kg, 0.96st)


Water intake: 94oz & 30oz lemonade ( 124oz = 3.66l)

Today is another PV day.  I am definitely glad I had the sweet potato last night, and I think my hydration is improved, I feel better today in general, even though I didn't get to bed early.  I should have prepared vegetables before the pork chops were done, as I scarfed down two.  If I'd had veggies on my plate, I probably would have had just one.
