Exercise: walked 45-60 min from 50th & 8th to 86th & Lex; carried groceries weighing 36lb (I weighed them when I got home!) two blocks, then from the subway up the hill to my house (5-7 blocks)
Yay! My goal for this week's weigh-in is to be in the 130's, below 10st. Squeezed into my size 4 dress pants (BR). OK, they're tight, but time to wear what will make me realize I'm puffing up.
