Water intake: 103 oz & 45 oz lemonade (148oz = 4.37l)

I'm still somewhat puffy. We got some macarons as a thank-you, and I had one even though I shouldn't have.  HOWEVER, I looked up "macaron", and they're made with egg whites and almond powder, no wheat!  Plus the one I had was filled with raspberry jam, so I might have gotten away with no dairy as well. Yay!  I'm still eating too many almonds, and I also ate a lot of cheese (plus the macaron & jelly beans), and the sodium's no good on the scale tomorrow either...  Not hopeful.
