Total lost since 3/2011: 16.25lb (7.37g, 1.16st)


Water intake: 85oz & 30oz lemonade (115oz = 3.40l)

Exercise: walked to next station before going home

This is a PP day. I think the almonds and carrots & goat brie yesterday didn't help.  I didn't have my second tea either, so I was sleepy last evening, and my hydration was better. 

I won my weight category for week 1 for both percentage and lbs lost, and I came in second for percentage lost overall!  It's a big hurdle to ever do that again, when I'm less than 10lbs from goal, but I'm going to try, and as I said, if my measurements keep going down, that'll be a win for me even if the scale is not moving much.
