Today is a PV day. I'm so tired! I'll try to drink more and get more sleep too. I was thinking about what used to work for me on Dukan, and what I'd been doing wrong recently, and I realized that I'd eliminated some vegetables that worked for me. I know I shouldn't have sweet potatoes in cruise, but I felt full after having it for dinner, I didn't snack on anything afterwards (almonds or goat yogurt). I think I've been having a menu that's too boring in the last two months, and I was definitely getting frustrated.
