Another PV day today.  For this morning's weigh-in I was dehydrated, so I'm just hoping I'll maintain in the next few days.  Got in a walk this morning, back to my routine.  I'm trying to eat a smaller portion of steak when I have it.  I can eat a lot of steak, but that doesn't mean I should when I'm trying to lose weight!

  1. Steak really isn't so bad, as long as you don't slather it with bottled steak sauce. Fat is good! :)
