I had a PV day yesterday, and tried to keep the sodium down, as I had had Costco mesquite wings on Sunday and was definitely retaining fluids yesterday.  I don't have any major food events coming up in the next week, so I'm going to try to take advantage and be really good.  I know I can't reach 134lb before I leave on my trip, but I'd like to be solidly in the 130's by then.  I know I CAN do it, but will I? I have 32 days.

    and ohhh, how I loved sauteed mushrooms (and onions too.)
