I'm upping the walking today and tomorrow, and trying to squeeze in some extra little exercise. I'm also going low-sodium to see where I'm at. I can try to empty the fridge next week and eat all those sodium-heavy sausages!
I was very excited when I weighed myself prior to dinner. Even with clothes on, I was under 140! Well, I ended up having 2.3 hotdogs. Now I'm over 140lb, but that's okay. I'll be about two pounds lighter tomorrow morning.
