Even my average is below 140! I have added a formula to my Excel weight spreadsheet to keep track of how many days I've been below 140 in the past 12 years, and even though I knew it wasn't that many, just to see the numbers was sobering. Here they are:
2014: 6 (so far)
2013: none
2012: 119 (about 4 months)
2011: 5
2009-10: none
2008: 5
2007: none
2006: 7
2005: none
2004: 12
2003: 2
Only in 2012, 2011, 2004 and 2003 did I get under 139. I'll give more statistics as I get to the next few milestones. So what's going to be most important is maintenance. I think I'll be more successful just because I've changed my idea of my regular every day diet should be. I'm going to continue eating Primally, because it's working and I feel better. In 2012, I went back to eating "regular food" and treats, and no surprise, put weight back on. Dukan works for me when I'm losing, but I can't "eat whatever I want" once I've completed all the Dukan stages. Not that I completed all the stages in the past, but that kind of eating style is just an impossible goal for me, and I've finally accepted that.
congrats! However, if you are eating oat, you are eating grains...
ReplyDeleteYou are right! I'm changing it to "wheat", as that's really what causes me problems. My beer has barley in it, so that's not grain-free either. Once I'm down to my optimum weight, I may explore making galettes out of buckwheat..
