Today was a pure protein day, and I kept it light in the evening, so hopefully I can make my DietBet goal weight.  Of course, the first weigh-in day will be on Friday, after we've had a graduation dinner for my daughter.  We're going to an Indian restaurant, and I've been checking the menu.  There are some kebabs, so I guess I'll have that -- hold the rice!  I'm sure it'll be packed with sodium.  So I'll have a strict pure protein day on Friday, and hopefully have a passing weigh-in on Saturday.

I wasn't able to get in my lunch and afternoon walks, it was crazy at the office today. 

My average weight is still going down, even if it's just a little bit.  I'm now at 14 straight days under 140lb.

    1. I meant to *reply* not comment: I hope the kebabs aren't too heavy on the sodium, but I was really happy to find something on the menu that I could eat that's not off the plan.
