Yay!  I went down again!  I was planning on having an omelette w/spinach & mushrooms this morning, but the line cook had other plans, and gave me my usual without asking me.  And someone else cleared away all the breakfast meats/sausages/bacon! Oh well, I was planning to have a low sodium day anyway.  I'm glad I brought some walnuts, because I've noticed that when I have an omelette w/veggies or just eggs, I get hungry earlier.  That's probably due to the omelette being so low-fat, so I think the nuts will help with that.

  1. No, I bet it's because commercial omelettes almost always have flour/pancake batter in them. Sorry to break that bad news to you. :(

    Glad the scale is cooperating!

can I get on your blog roll?

    1. No, they use liquid eggs. I eat breakfast at the cafeteria at our office and the grill is right in front of us, so no pancake batter or flour! I've had omelettes plenty of times before, and had no problems. I'll add your blog right now
