I am out of my Colonix fiber!  I didn't have time to make any oat bran.

The scale didn't move!  I guess I'll have to wait another day for some benefit from gluten-freedom.  I also forgot to drink water at work!  So stupid, as it's so easy to drink iced water as they have a machine (no ice cube trays to fill like at home!)  I didn't have any aspartame today, I found a soda with stevia, so I had that instead.  It was a PP day today.

Exercise:  I did 100 reps of the P90X ab routine in the morning, and I walked 29 blocks (45 minutes) after work.

I've been a slacker posting-wise.  I've been eating rye rounds w/goat "margarine" almost every day, so I haven't been gluten-free.  I have stayed dairy free though.  Every day I had the usual Colonix fiber, my egg white protein powder drink, and goat yogurt several times.  Sunday and Monday I had pork chops.  On a few days I had some candy.  Friday I had a gin & tonic, and Monday I had some white wine.  I've been drinking 12-20oz of Fresca almost every day.  Water-wise, I've been a little low at work.  I could be drinking more, which would of course mean a faster metabolism & maybe less calories as well.  I also haven't been taking my 4HB supplements.  The 142 on Saturday was a little scary though.  I was very puffy that morning, and I think I was eating salty foods too.  I am glad that I'm still in the 130's, but I could be doing a lot better. 

Exercise... well, I get a little exercise just living here in NYC, but except for Saturday when I did a shopping circuit in the afternoon, I haven't really done much extra.  I need to start doing something, esp. P90X again soon!  I'll try to do something this evening.

Very stressful day. I know the number is pretty low, but I think I've also not been working out and I'm losing some of my muscle.  I'm hoping when I start working out again, I'll get smaller but the scale will stay about the same.

Why did I not realize it's ragweed season?  No wonder I'm feeling so terrible.  I finally felt halfway decent around 4PM.  I had the potatoes, I felt like I needed some carbs/starch, and they're not fried and didn't seem salty.  I was puffy in the morning, but it got better later in the day.

I forgot, I had a small glass of red wine last night.  I had had a problem the last few times I had red wine at dinner or in the evening, with waking up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding.  It's called Holiday Heart Syndrome.  Well, this time I didn't wake up or have a pounding heart, so that amount of wine is "safe".

I also wanted to explain the goat "margarine" I've been eating.  When I was on vacation, my cousin told me of a method to create one's own margarine.  She blended 400g of butter with 4dl of rapeseed oil and 4dl of water.  The result was a creamy always soft butter.  I bought 200g of goat butter, and added 2dl of canola (rapeseed) oil and 2dl of water and made my own batch.  It was too runny, so I added some more goat butter, and now I have my own goat "margarine"!  It's really white though, and doesn't look right as I'm putting it on my rye bread.

I'm not feeling very inspired to do Dukan with intensity.

Yes, I had cookies.  The girls went off with their dad today.  I'll be childless for 3.5 weeks.  I made the mistake of going to a discount department store after work, with a credit card, and bought an expensive purse!  Now I'll definitely have to eat what I have and eat cheaply to pay it off!  I did also get some new sheets, as my old ones are ready for the rag pile.

As for sodium, meh, I'm just going to go with the flow.  I was feeling a little bloated today, but I'm trying to keep up with the water, and the calorie count on the hot dogs is low (too bad they are full of nitrates and who knows what!)
