I am going on our annual visit with family friend as their guests at a country club. Yes, I will be wearing a bikini. No, I don't think I'll be posting any photos! I think I'll buy some gluten-free hamburger buns so I can eat the burger without feeling bad.
I am out of my Colonix fiber! I didn't have time to make any oat bran.
