Total lost since 3/2011: 19.00lb (8.62kg, 1.36st)


Water intake: 62oz & 45oz lemonade & 20oz fresca ( 127oz = 3.75l)

Why did I not realize it's ragweed season?  No wonder I'm feeling so terrible.  I finally felt halfway decent around 4PM.  I had the potatoes, I felt like I needed some carbs/starch, and they're not fried and didn't seem salty.  I was puffy in the morning, but it got better later in the day.

Omelette w/mushrooms & onions
Home fries (baked)
Goat yogurt
Almonds
More goat yogurt
Steak w/bbq sauce (this usually means about 1tsp)
Cooked squash
Yet another serving of goat yogurt -- at least I'm getting a lot of calcium!
