Why did I not realize it's ragweed season? No wonder I'm feeling so terrible. I finally felt halfway decent around 4PM. I had the potatoes, I felt like I needed some carbs/starch, and they're not fried and didn't seem salty. I was puffy in the morning, but it got better later in the day.
