  1. Oh wow looks like I have a lot to catch up on! Hope you had a great vacation Veer.
    I have a question, do you measure your almonds, cashews etc. I heard a tip earlier today to always ALWAYS measure your fats because a little goes a long way.

    Just a thought.

    Oh your cheat post (Day 220) I totally feel what happened to you there. I find when I have a cheat meal the exact same thing happens to me, I don’t feel satisfied with the food I do cheat with and then sometimes I freak out internally because I think to myself ‘what if I decide that I will not cheat again until –insert date here- then I eat and eat and can’t stop because I am so afraid to not have the opportunity to eat ice cream for a really long time and I feel like I need to get it all tasted and out of the way immediately.

    Hard to explain, but justification when it comes to cheating is bad, but happens to the best of us. Ugh.

    I have noticed you aren’t drinking your tea and haven’t measured your water in a while. Get back on that horse sweetie! :)

    Did I read somewhere in there that you have considered trying Dukan?

  2. Considered? I think I said I'm not feeling inspired to do Dukan intensively (or maybe intensely would be more correct). It's payday tomorrow, and I'll stock up on PV and PP foods so I won't be eating other stuff.

    I should measure my nuts, I often don't, so I'm sure I'm getting added calories.

    I only have the kleritea when I am trying to clean out my system, I have the protein powder every day. But I'm going to keep up my stats now, I just got so far behind and wasn't writing my water down! I actually do drink 2x black tea a day, but I've never written it down.

    BTW, you're looking great!
