Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 32 Sunday

Weight: 140lb (63.50kg, 10.00st)
Gain: .5lb
Total lost: 8.00lb (3.40kg, 0.54st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 18.00lb (8.16kg, 1.29st)

Water intake: reasonable

I forgot, I had a small glass of red wine last night.  I had had a problem the last few times I had red wine at dinner or in the evening, with waking up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding.  It's called Holiday Heart Syndrome.  Well, this time I didn't wake up or have a pounding heart, so that amount of wine is "safe".

I also wanted to explain the goat "margarine" I've been eating.  When I was on vacation, my cousin told me of a method to create one's own margarine.  She blended 400g of butter with 4dl of rapeseed oil and 4dl of water.  The result was a creamy always soft butter.  I bought 200g of goat butter, and added 2dl of canola (rapeseed) oil and 2dl of water and made my own batch.  It was too runny, so I added some more goat butter, and now I have my own goat "margarine"!  It's really white though, and doesn't look right as I'm putting it on my rye bread.

I'm not feeling very inspired to do Dukan with intensity.
