I did manage to make some chicken breast strips for lunch, so I can save some money. I think I'm shrinking, a bra was less tight today than earlier in the week/last week, but I'm sure the sodium isn't helping on the scale, and I did eat those cashews yesterday. I have to get more almonds so I can snack on those and not get extra salt.
